This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including estimated timelines, shipping restrictions, and what to expect after placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International shipping is not available at this time.
We do not ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for all orders within the continental United States.
Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may include an additional shipping charge, which is calculated during checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and regional freight partners to ensure dependable delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit times usually range from 3–5 business days, depending on location.
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days from the purchase date, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

Your tracking number
A direct tracking link
An estimated delivery date

Delivery Information

A signature may be required for high-value items or freight shipments.
Larger items, including furniture or oversized décor pieces, may be delivered by freight carriers with scheduled delivery windows.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may make up to three attempts or request pickup from a local depot.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages
If tracking information has not updated for five or more business days, or if your order shows as delivered but was not received, please contact us at support@getzawa.com. We will investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

If visible damage is present, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately
If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos

After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If your shipment is missing items or includes incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

To make changes to an order, please contact us before it ships.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
Orders that have already shipped may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Delivery Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high holiday shipping volumes. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will keep you informed with updated delivery information.
